The Barn is an event gathering place in New Smyrna Beach. It is the perfect location to host weddings, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, receptions, live performances, parties and other events.

Our Rental Fees
Our rental fees are based on a 48 hour time frame, Friday at 12 pm through Sunday at 12pm. This will give you plenty of time for the rehearsal, decoration setup and cleanup for your event. Please call for pricing.
If you would like a coordinator for your event, there is a fee for their help on creating timelines, vendor organization and decor. Please call for pricing.
Required Additional Fees
Event Insurance – An event insurance policy coverage of one million dollars is required, we suggest wedsafe.comThe company offers an affordable policy as well as allows you to get cancellation insurance for a reasonable price.
A policy from Wedsafe is not required but a different company must be approved by us.
The Rental Deposit
A deposit is due when you return the signed contract/rental agreement. This will secure the date that you have chosen for your event. The rental deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Please call for pricing.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit will be refunded to you after the wedding if the barn is in the same condition as it was before your event. Should the barn not be how it was or if you do not want to be bothered with cleaning up on Sunday, the deposit will not be refunded. Please call for pricing.
